社会主义公民教育视野下高中思想政治课的变革

The Innovation of Senior High School Politics Teaching from the Perspective of Socialist Citizenship Education

社会主义公民教育就是要培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义合格公民,进一步加强社会主义公民教育是我国时代发展给高中思想政治课提出的重要任务。要实现高中思想政治课的创新发展,就要在社会主义公民教育视野下对该课程进行变革,就是要实现该课程的培养目标由共产主义接班人向社会主义合格公民的转变,教育内容要统摄于公民素养的培养,由单一的灌输向主体性教育方法的转变,以及由单一的知识考核向综合素质考核的转变等变革,全面提升学生的社会主义公民素养。

The socialist citizenship education aims to cultivate qualified socialist citizens with lofty ideas, moral integrity, a good education and a strong sense of discipline. To further enhance this kind of education is a great task assigned to senior high school politics teaching by the times. Measures should be taken to achieve the innovation in senior high school politics teaching and hence promote students＇ socialist civic literacy. Course reforms are needed to facilitate the transference of the course objective from the cultivation of communism successors to that of qualified socialist citizens. The teaching contents should be consistent with the nurturing of civic literacy. The explicit inculcation education should be replaced by subjective education. The evaluation of students＇ performance should put stress on students＇ comprehensive capability rather than their academic scores.
