二次筛选不同于一次筛选,是使用方根据特定要求参考有关标准,结合项目的需要进行的筛选。对于进口器件,有关标准的选择尤为重要。随意加严条件的过度筛选不但起不到甄别产品的作用,还会带来其他不良后果,因此,二次筛选的条件把关、过程控制至关重要。二次筛选是电子元器件在装机使用前可靠性的重要保障过程,文章叙述了电子元器件二次筛选的基本概念,重点对二次筛选过程中的条件确认、筛选工序(老炼和电参数测试)及管理方面进行了阐述。

Secondary screening, different from the first one, refers to a specific screening process mainly subject to customer standards and project requirements. It deems more attention when dealing with imported devices.Excessive screening may ruin the devices. Secondary screening, in this case, ensures the reliability of devices. In the paper, the concept of secondary screening is overviewed. The condition confirmation, screening sequence（burn-in test and electric parameter test）, and management during the secondary screening are described in details.
