摘要
通过对深圳市社会、经济、自然环境、人口特征、观念行为等因素分析 ,探讨卫生政策与诸因素相互影响的关系 ,发现在卫生政策开发过程中 ,合理的卫生政策可以改善和利用这些因素 ,达到卫生政策的目标。卫生政策关注的重点领域应该是 :疾病控制 ,流动人口健康公平 ,规范卫生系统的行为 。
Through analyzingfactors such as society, economic, nature, population, conceptsand behaviors, and exploring relationship between health policiesand these factors, the authors find that rational health policiesmay improve and take advantage of these factors to achieve health policy aims Focus fields of health policiesshould be disease control, health equity of temporary population,improvingheath system performance and changing irrationallife styles and health concepts
