Application of Weil Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Instrument in Patients with Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

目的:探讨Weil心肺复苏仪对心脏停搏患者心肺复苏的效果。方法:将86例心跳呼吸骤停患者随机分为徒手胸外心脏按压组(对照组)和Weil心肺复苏仪组(试验组),两组均进行血压、心电、经皮氧饱度(Sp O2)等监测,记录两组患者心肺复苏持续时间、复苏成功率、自主循环恢复时间、24 h成活率、肋骨骨折发生、除颤次数。结果:试验组复苏成功率、24 h存活率及心肺复苏持续时间高于对照组,且试验组自主循环恢复时间、肋骨骨折发生、除颤次数明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Weil心肺复苏仪抢救心跳呼吸骤停患者可提供持续、高质量的心肺复苏,提高心跳呼吸骤停患者的短期生存率,它提供了一个新的心肺复苏(CPR)选择。

Objective： To investigate the Weil cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument in the application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR）. Method： 86 cases of cardiac arrest patients were randomly divided into manual chest compressions group （control group） and Weil cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument group （experimental group）.The blood pressure, ECG, pereutaneous oxygen saturation SpO2 of the patients in two groups were monitored, the eardiopulmonary resuscitation in two patients, the success rate of resuscitation, the duration time of spontaneous circulation restoration, the survival rate of 24h, rib fracture, defibrillation times were recorded.Result： The survival rate of 24 h of experimental group was higher than that of the control group, cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rate and the duration time of spontaneous circulation restoration were also higher than that of the control group, but rib fracture, defibrillation times and spontaneous circulation restoration were significantly lower than that of the control group of the fracture, the difference between the two groups was statistical significanc（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Weil cardiopulmonary resuscitation instrument rescuing cardiac respiratory arrest patients can provide continuous, high quality of CPR, improve the short-term survival rate, it provides a new option for CPR.
