胸腔镜下行肺癌根治术对肺癌的治疗价值评析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨胸腔镜下行肺癌根治术对肺癌的治疗价值。方法:将笔者所在医院在2013年4月-2014年9月收治的60例肺癌患者作为本次的临床研究对象,并将其随机化分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。其中对照组采取常规开胸手术进行治疗,观察组则于胸腔镜下实施肺癌根治术。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后胸腔引流量、拔管时间、住院时间均较对照组更具优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对肺癌患者,采用胸腔镜下行肺癌根治术治疗的效果较为明显,有效的缩短了患者的恢复时间。 Objective: To investigate the value of lung cancer radical surgery in the treatment of lung cancer in patients with lung cancer.Method: 60 cases of lung cancer patients admitted to the author's hospital from April 2013 to September 2014 were selleeted as the clinical research object, and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group of 2 groups, each group of 30 cases.The control group was treated with routine open chest surgery, and the observation group was treated with radical operation of lung cancer.Result: The operation time, blood loss, postoperative thoracic drainage, extubation time and length of stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: In view of lung cancer patients, the effect of radical resection of lung cancer is more obvious and effective to shorten the recovery time of patients.
