个性化护理在人工流产中的应用

The Application of Personalized Nursing in the Artificial Abortion

目的:探讨个性化护理在人工流产中的创新体会。方法:对笔者所在医院100例人工流产者进行人工流产前、人工流产中的护理及人工流产后进行正确的心理,饮食,卫生及健康指导。结果:96例患者顺利通过人工流产,未发生严重并发症,2例有术后少量出血,予以对症处理,1例反射性呕吐予以穴位按压侧卧休息,1例轻度虚脱予以平衡盐液体输注。结论:个性化护理减少了人工流产引起的一系列并发症的发生。

Objective： To evaluate the individualized nursing innovation experience in induced abortion.Method： In the author＇s hospital 100 cases of induced abortion patcents before artiflcial abortion and artificial abortion were analyzed in the correct psychological nursing and after artificial abortion, diet, health and health guidance.Result： 96 patients induced abortion passed, no serious complications occurred, the other 3 cases had mild vomiting, bleeding, ere.Greatly improved patient satisfaction with health care.Conclusion： Personalized nursing can reduce the occurrence of a series of complications caused by induced abortion, and improve the patient＇s satisfaction.
