献血者不规则抗体-M引起正反定型不符1例

A case of blood typing discrepancy caused by irregular antibody Anti-M of blood donor

MNS血型系统是LandSteiner和Levine于1927年发现,是第二个被发现的血型系统[1],其基因位于人类第4对染色体。ISBT命名为MNS,目前已确认的抗原有40多个。其复杂性仅次于Rh血型系统[2]。抗M是MNS血型系统常见抗体,抗M可造成溶血性输血反应和新生儿溶血病[3]。近期我室发现1例不规则抗体-M的献血者,具体情况如下。

Anti-Mantibody is a kind of irregular antibody that is commonly present in MNS blood group system.Irregular antibody of serum can lead to blood group discrepancy and result in severe hemolytic transfusion reaction which can bring about threat to patients life.Blood typing identification is the important guarantee of blood transfusion.
