'This book is an edutainment which helps children build up basic knowledge related to water resources,water environment and water ecology by telling intriguing stories between the ftog,water drop,willow moppet,lotus fairy and doctor of water.It propagandizes the conservation and protection of water resources as well as the concept of water ecological civilization construction in an amusing way.'an editor of this book introduced.For a better understanding of water ecological civilization,the primary school version was made to waken children's interest in reading;the junior high school version focused on interaction,which designed tasks in the form of social practice and supplied extra-curricular knowledge related to water.122,000 copies of this series were given out to the 635 secondary and primary school in Jinan.As a result,Jinan became the first city in China which propagandizes the water ecological civilization by compiling books.
