摘要
运用ADAMS软件构建了高速电梯虚拟样机模型,通过仿真获得曳引轮两侧钢丝绳在其与曳引轮相切点处的张力变化.距曳引轮不同距离处钢丝绳的横向振动位移,以及钢丝绳与曳引轮之间的动态接触特性。得出的一系列结果为判断电梯曳引钢丝绳的打滑和分析钢丝绳的失效提供了基础数据。
The virtual prototype model of high-speed elevator using ADAMS software is built. The tension change at the wire rope tangent point on both sides of traction sheave, the wire rope transverse vibration distance from the traction sheave at different distances through simulation, and the dynamic contact characteristics between the wire rope and traction sheave are given. A series of results provide the basic data for the analysis of slip and failure for hoist ropes.
