成都地区22家医院临床药学工作现状调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the the Working Status and Importance of Clinical Pharmacy in Some Hospitals in Chengdu

目的:通过调查成都地区22家医院临床药学工作现状和重视情况并进行分析,为医院开展和完善适合自身实际的临床药学工作提供参考。方法:自制调查问卷,对成都22家医院临床药师随机发放问卷,并统计分析。结果:通过调查发现,大多数三级医院均配置了相当数目的专职临床药师,而二级医院及少部分三级医院的临床药师数量极少,甚至某些医院没有临床药学的工作人员,而由药房的药师兼职;国家的政策法规在很大程度上没有得到落实,执法力度很弱,而且也没有对于医院相关的惩罚制度,同时缺乏对于临床药师的激励政策;医院中临床药师的专业大多是药学本科,没有受过临床医学的专业教育,国家对于医院中临床药师专业的规范不合理;临床药学专业培养没有得到大规模的普及,只有少数的院校才有设置。结论:加强临床药师的专业培养制度,完善临床药学的系统教育,促进专业人才的培养;医院领导层应对临床药学工作予以重视;规范临床药师的职责;提升临床药师的地位;增加促进医院开展临床药学的激励因素;完善各项政策法规,加大执法力度。

Objective： to investigate and analyze working status and and degree of importance attached to clinical pharmacy in Chengdu, so as to provide references for the development and improvement of clinical pharmacy in our domestic hospitals. Methods： The self-made questionnaire was randomly distributed to clinical pharmacists of 22 hospitals in Chengdu, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results： Most of level Ⅲ hospitals were equipped with a number of full-time clinical pharmacists. Level Ⅱ hospitals and a small number of level Ⅲ hospitals were equipped with a few clinical pharmacists. Even some hospitals were not equipped with clinical pharmacy staff, whose work was done by pharmacists in the pharmacy. The country＇s policies and regulations had not been implemented to a large extent; law enforcement was weak, and there was no relevant penalty system for the hospital and a lack of incentive policies for clinical pharmacists. Most of clinical pharmacists in hospitals are pharmaceutical graduates who hadn＇t received the professional education of clinical medecine and were not regulated well. Clinical pharmacy education wasn＇t popularized, and only a handful of colleges and universities were set up. Conclusions： It is suggested that the training system of clinical pharmacists should be strengthened. The hospital leadership should pay attention to the clinical pharmacy work, such as to regulate the duties of clinical pharmacists, to raise the status of clinical pharmacists, to inspire them to promote the development of clinical pharmacy in hospitals, to perfect the policies and regulations, and to strengthen law enforcement.
