摘要
研究了用甲醇精制曲克芦丁以去除引起副作用的杂质 ,使之达到注射剂要求的方法。操作简便 ,产品外观、澄明度、炽灼残渣。
Troxerutin was purified by selective solvent system accorded with the demands of injection, and the impurities that could cause the side effects were discarded.
