摘要
基于混合控制系统(GCS)在塑料吹膜机的成功应用背景,分析塑料吹膜机的整体构成和工艺要求,详细介绍混合控制系统的系统结构,并在此基础上提出针对塑料吹膜机的整体解决方案,对混合控制系统在装备制造的应用中推进国产化改造和两化融合具有重要意义。
This paper based on the successful application of the General Control System （GCS） in plastic film blowing machine background, analyzes the plastic film blowing machine the overall composition and process requirements are introduced in detail the system structure of the hybrid control system, and on this basis, put forward overall solution for plastic film blowing machine, of the General Control System in the application of equipment manufacturing promote domestic reform and two of the fusion of great significance.
