摘要
四维飞行管理系统航迹信息协商作为以时间维为基准的航迹运行管理,作为下一代空管体系的一部分,是研究民航飞机基于航迹运行技术的核心内容。分析了下一代航迹管理体系中,由下一代飞行管理系统发起的空地协商机制。首先介绍由SESAR发起的I4D第一次飞行测试验证场景的飞行过程分析,再根据飞行试验的分析提出了4-PNV地面系统与下一代飞行管理系统的协商验证回路进行功能描述。
Trajectory negotiations mechanism of 4 Dimension flight management system is a time-based trajectory management mechanism. It is a significant subject of next generation air traffic control, which is the core technique of civil aircraft trajectory basedoperation. There are two parts in this texture to discuss the air-ground trajectory negotiation mechanism proceed with next generation flight management system. The text is beginning with the introduction of first I4D flight test trial by SESAR. Next, the context proposed the negotiation and validation feedback between 4-PNV air traffic control system and next generation system.
