摘要
教学不仅是一种"认识"活动,也是一种"至善"的事业。区分不同类型的教学伦理冲突类型,有利于教师正确对待各种教师职业道德的要求。相同价值序列和不同价值序列的教学伦理之间会产生各种冲突,需要教师不断提升解决教学伦理冲突的智慧和能力,唯有在"教学至善"目标指引下,教学伦理冲突的解决才能有利于学生的健康成长,有利于教师的专业发展。
Teaching is not only an activity of knowing but also a career pursuing excellence. Distinguishing different types of teaching ethical conflicts is helpful for teachers to deal with the demands of teachers professional ethics. Teaching ethics of the same and different value series might trigger conflicts, which calls for teachers to improve their competences to solve teaching ethical conflicts. Only under the guidance by the goal of "teaching as pursuing excellence" could the solving of teaching ethical conflicts be beneficial for students' healthy growth and teachers' professional development.
