摘要
建筑节能是实现可持续发展的重要组成部分。钨青铜材料可选择性遮蔽紫、红外线,在保证采光前提下大幅度降低建筑制冷能耗而备受关注。文章从钨青铜材料的优势、结构与特性等方面入手,从微观角度解释其产生近红外遮蔽性能的原因。以溶剂热或水热法制备为例,探讨了国内外在钨青铜(MxWO3)透明隔热方面的研究现状,指出提高钨青铜材料近红外遮蔽性能的方法,并论述了以钨青铜纳米晶为填料制备涂层的技术优势,展望了其发展趋势。
An energy-saving issue for buildings is an important part of achieving sustain- able development. Tungsten bronze is regarded as one of the most promising transparent heat- insulating materials for reduction of cooling energy consumption for buildings without sacrificing lighting performance because of its strong shielding ability in ultraviolet and infrared region. This article describes the advantages, structure and properties of tungsten bronze mate- rials, and particularly explain the reason of its near-infrared shielding performance. The meth- od of solvothermal or hydrothermal method is taken as an example to discuss the research status of transparent insulation of tungsten bronze (MxWO3 ) at home and abroad, then the methods that improve the near infrared shielding properties of tungsten bronze are proposed. Furthermore, the advantage of the coating comprising tungsten bronze as nano-scale crystal filler is also discussed. Finally, a prospect of tungsten bronze is given.
