Privacy Management Framework of Cloud Library Embedded with PbD Theory

用户隐私安全已成为云图书馆发展过程中亟待解决的关键问题。文章在讨论云图书馆隐私保护研究现状的基础上,提出嵌入"从设计着手隐私(Privacy by Design,Pb D)"理论的四个隐私管理原则,即隐私界定与分级、隐私数据最小化、隐私保护非零和性及全生命周期的隐私保护,据此构建云图书馆个人隐私管理架构,并探讨其中的关键技术和隐私风险评估方法。

Privacy security has become a key issue for cloud library. On the basis of recent researches on privacy protection in cloud library, this paper puts forward four privacy management principles for embedding Privacy by Design theory, including the definition and classification of privacy, minimization of privacy data, non-zero for privacy protection, and full life-cycle privacy protection. With such principles, a privacy management framework is set up for cloud library, and discussion is made on its key technologies and methods of risk assessment of privacy.
