摘要
模块化生产方式下,丰田公司继续保持竞争优势和行业领先地位,既得益于"精益生产方式",也与丰田模块化生产网络形成和作用发挥的特点有关。在丰田公司模块化生产网络中,以良好信息生态系统为依托,"自动响应"和"人为响应"在组织边界内或跨组织边界发挥作用,保证了产品设计、开发、生产效率。为了深入了解丰田公司模块化生产网络,分析其信息生态系统的形成条件及机制多有助益。研究发现,丰田模块化生产网络中的信息生态系统形成条件主要包括基础条件、组织边界内部条件、组织边界外部条件以及跨组织边界条件等4方面;形成机制中,丰田公司对信息生态系统的重构是基础,丰田公司与供应商的协同机制是核心内容,供应商之间的信息协同机制是重要保障。
Toyota continues to maintain a competitive advantage and industry leading position, not only thanks to the " lean production" , but also because of its functional modular production network. In the modular production network of Toyota, the " automatic response" and " human response" play an important role, which is based on good information ecological system, within the organizational boundaries and across organizational boundaries to ensure the product well designed and developed and to keep an efficient production. In order to deeply understand the Toyota modular production network, this article analyzes its forming conditions and mechanism of information ecosystem. The results show that forming condi- tions of information ecosystem in the modular production network mainly includes 4 contents such as the basic conditions, organization boundary internal conditions, organization external boundary conditions and cross organization boundary conditions. Moreover, among forming conditions and mechanisms of information ecosystem, reconstruction of the internal information ecosystem of Toyota is the foundation, coordination mechanism between Toyota and suppliers is the core elements, and information synergy among suppliers is the important support conditions.
