网络新媒体环境下大学生管理模式的探索

An Research on the Management Mode of College Students under the Network New Media Environment

网络新媒体现在已经成为大学生获取信息和交流沟通的主要渠道,极大地改变了大学生原有的交往方式、生活方式、思维方式以及观念模式。利用网络新媒体对大学生进行教育,更好地提高在校大学生学习理论知识的积极性、增强学生自我学习和管理意识,并且利用网络新媒体充实学生党员教育的内容,同时利用网络新媒体做好高校学生就业与创业教育,间接或直接地为大学生就业和创业提供帮助。这应成为当前大学生教育管理的一项重要课题。

The new network media has become the main channel for college students to obtain information and communication,which has greatly changed the original communication mode,life style,thinking mode and concept mode of college student~ The use of new media network carries on the education to the university student,better improve students learning theoretical knowledge of enthusiasm,enhance students＇ self learning and management awareness,and enrich the content of the education of student party members .The network new media can be helpful to college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship education. This should become an important topic in the current education and management of college students.
