社会工作专业是一个强实务操作型专业,社会工作实训基地建设至关重要。结合社会工作专业育人目标与社会工作实训基地建设中存在的问题,提出必须要切实抓住当前社会工作教育发展的良好政策、强力回归社工实训基地的地位与价值、切实调整人才培养计划尤其是课程体系设置、大胆建设实习就业一体化平台、创新双师型教师开发机制以及制定并细化相关实训监管与绩效考核制度等六项有力且有效措施。

The social work major is a strong practical operation type,and the construction of social work practice training base is very important. According to the problems existing in the professional social work education goals and social work training base construction,must be made to effectively seize the good policy of the development of social work education,strong return to social workers,training base of the status and value,and adjust the personnel training plan,especially the curriculum system settings,bold construction practice employment integration platform,innovative double division type teachers development system and develop and refine related training supervision and performance appraisal system six powerful and effective measures.
