College sports is closely linked with the national physical quality of the whole application as soon as possible the implementation of Intemet media,help to improve the students＇ PE learning focus and interest,strengthen their physical quality better,ensure the daily life smoothly. Therefore,this paper focuses on the analysis of the innovation of college physical education teaching form in the perspective of Internet media.
