独立学院学生公寓党建工作的探索与实践——以宁夏大学新华学院13号公寓楼为例

Exploration and Practice of the CPC Party Construction of Independent College Students' Apartments——Taking No.13 Students' Apartment in Xinhua College of Ningxia University as an Example

探索独立学院党建工作的新方法,以学生公寓党建工作为突破口,针对独立学院学生的特点,以学院13号公寓楼——纳兰阁为实践对象,成立以教工党员牵头的公寓服务站。按照"四个结合"的工作要求,运用"三个走进,三个注重,三个针对"的工作方法,从公寓文化建设入手,拓宽思想政治教育工作的思路,为大学生的成长成才探索、建立一套适合独立学院学生实际的公寓党建工作具有较大的意义。

Based on the practical CPC party construction of students＇ apartments and the characteristics of independent college students,this paper attempts to explore new working method of CPC party construction in independent colleges and build apartment service station led by teacher party members,taking No.13 students＇ apartment in Xinhua college as an example. According to the working requirements of ＂four combinations＂,this project uses the working methods of ＂three approaches,three attentions,three concerns＂ and broadens the ways of ideological and political educa- tion,by taking the culture construction in students＇ apartment as the breakthrough,which is significant for college students＇ growth and CPC party construction of students＇ apartment in independent college.
