中职国际商务专业工学结合教学模式探析 被引量:1

摘要 在传统的职业学校教育体系中,中职学校一般都相对重视基础理论知识的教学而忽视了实践技能的培养,这就导致很多国际商务专业学生毕业以后不能很快适应岗位的要求,导致就业竞争力低下。为了提高中职国际商务专业毕业生在职场上的竞争能力,中职学校应积极探索实施"工学交替"的培养方法。本文通过分析中职国际商务专业教学存在的主要问题,详细讨论了中职国际商务专业实施工学结合教学模式的建议。 In the traditional system of vocational school education,secondary vocational schools relatively attach great importance to the teaching of basic theoretical knowledge and neglect the cultivation of practical skills,which resuhs in that after graduation many international business professional students can not quickly adapt to the requirement of jobs,leads to low competitiveness of employment. In order to improve the workplace competition ability of international business professional students who graduate from secondary school,secondary vocational schools should actively explore the training method of"engineering alternating".Through analyzing main problems of teaching of international business major in secondary vocational schools,this article discusses in detail the suggestion to implement work-integrated learning teaching mode of international business major in secondary vocational schools.
