高校研究生培养存在的问题及对策

The Problems and Solutions in the Postgraduate Education in Colleges and Universities

研究生教育是我国专业性教育的主体,随着我国经济的发展,其发展速度也日益加快。但研究生教育还存在一些问题。本文就研究生教育中普遍存在的问题,如研究生培养制度、高校科研条件、研究生教育中的不当倾向、导师队伍问题等进行了一一分析,并针对这些问题给予了一定解决对策。

The postgraduate education is the main part of the professional education.It is developing fast with the economics. However,there is still some problems with the postgraduate education. In this study,we analyzed the major problems of the postgraduate education,such as the cultivation system,the of the scientific condition,the inappropriate focuses,the problems of the supervisors etc. Meanwhile,according to the problems listed the solutions.
