摘要
在国内外相关理论文献研究和实践基础上,总结提出现代学徒制的内涵、特征及实践难点,并对我国建设现代学徒制职业教育人才培养模式提出了建议。
Based on domestic and foreign related theory research and practice cases,reviewed and gave a summarize of main research hotspot and problems of modem apprenticeship,and then proposed some countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of our country＇s modem apprenticeship vocational education.
