摘要 本文基于对我校赴英国诺森比亚大学留学学生所经历的文化冲击和原因的分析,结合现行教育方式提出对策:明确学习目的,开放自我,是学生尽快融入当地生活的主观动力;校方共同努力,是留学生能够接触更广阔社会活动的必要条件;出国前的语言能力和跨文化常识和技能的培训,是应对文化冲击的有效措施。 This paper analyzes the symptoms and causes of culture shock our students encountered at Northumbria University in the UK,and puts forward the following suggestions. To open one's mind and to set one's learning objec- tive,is the subjective motivation to integrate into the local social life as soon as possible. The joint efforts of the two Uni- versities the necessary condition for our students to participate in a wider social activities.Language skills and intercul- tural knowledge and skills training before going abroad,is an effective measure to reduce the influence of culture shock.
