摘要 本文分析了我校高年级本科生专业导师制实施过程中存在的问题。提出了从大一新生开始就实施专业导师制、强化专业导师对导师制内涵的理解及导师制重要性的认识、对专业导师实施必要的奖惩等措施,从而改进专业导师制培养模式的实施效果。指出了在本科生专业导师制实施过程中,不但需要对专业导师实施必要的奖惩,而且需要对本科生实施必要的奖惩,使本科生专业导师制成为专业导师和本科生必须完成的正常的教育教学活动,有助于提高本科生专业导师制的实施效果,增强本科生的能力。 The problems during the implementation process of the specialty tutorial system for the advanced undergraduates of our university were analyzed.It was proposed that the specialty tutorial system should be implemented from the freshmen;the understanding of the connotation and the importance of the specialty tutorial system should be strengthen by the specialty tutors;and the necessary rewards and punishments for the specialty tutors should be imple- mented.Therefore,the effects of the implementation of the specialty tutorial system wi//be improved.It was pointed out that,during the implementation process of the specialty tutorial system for the undergraduates,the necessary rewards and punishments should be implemented both on the specialty tutors and the undergraduates.So the specialty tutorial system could become the normal education and teaching activity that should be completed by the specialty tutors and the un- dergraduates.Eventually,the effects of the implementation of the specialty tutorial system for the undergraduates would be improved and the ability of the undergraduates would be enhanced.
