摘要
蛋白质研究是当今生命科学研究的前沿与热门。基于蛋白质研究的时代背景,本文阐述了在高年级本科生中开设《蛋白质化学》的必要性,并结合自身教学经验,初步探讨了该课程教学体系设置以及教学方式的运用等内容。
Nowadays,protein studies have become the leading-edge researches in the field of life sciences. Based on the recent development on the studies of the proteins,this paper states the necessity of setting up the course of＂Protein Chemistry＂ for the senior undergraduates,and discusses the teaching system and teaching methods of the course based on the teaching experiences of the writers.
