高校二级学院信息化建设的问题及对策探析

随着越来越多的高校不断加强二级管理模式,二级学院在日常管理工作中承担的任务种类与工作总量不断增加,迫切需要通过加强信息化建设来提升内部管理服务效能。本文分析了建设过程中出现的主要问题及成因,进而提出了应对方法与策略,为同类高校二级学院的信息化建设提供了有益参考。

As more and more colleges and universities continue to Strengthen secondary management mode,the task type and total amount of work of secondary college in the daily management continues to increase,there is an urgent need to strengthen the information construction to improve internal eciency. The paper analyzes the main problems and causes in the process of construction,then put forward some measures and strategies,it also provides a good benefit for the information construction of similar secondary college.
