摘要
采用低温喷雾干燥制备益生菌复合微生态制剂,益生乳酸菌、酵母菌来源于已证明对人类具有很好生理功能的"开菲尔粒"复合菌相,并与枯草芽孢杆菌复配。通过单因素实验和正交实验,优化喷雾干燥技术的最佳工艺参数为:出风温度为55℃,进风温度为135℃和固形物质量分数为30%;在此条件下进行低温喷雾干燥处理所得益生菌微生态制剂所含活菌总数高达1.25×1012g-1,水分质量分数为3.60%,储存1年后活菌数保持在107以上。
The lactic acid bacteria and yeast was isolated from kefir grains, compound with Bacillus subtilis using low-temperature spray dry-ing tower to obtain the compound probiotics. The optimum spray drying conditions were confirmed with the single-factor experiment andorthogonal experiment. The inlet temperature was 135 ℃, the outlet temperature was 55 ℃, the concentration of the suspension was 30%.Total bacteria count ofprobiotics was 1.25x 10^12μg-1, the moisture content was 3.60%. Total bacteria count of probiotics remained more than10^7 after one years.
