摘要
以羟丙甲纤维素为缓释材料 ,琥珀酸为 p H缓冲剂 ,研制了非 p H依赖型氯氮平缓释片。体外释放试验结果表明 ,该缓释片的体外释放不受 p H的影响 ,在不同 p H介质中均有较好的缓释效果。
The pH independent clozapine sustained release tablets were prepared using HPMC and succinic acid as excipients. Its in vitro dissolution was satisfactory as compared with ordinary tablets, and the drug releasing was not been influenced by the different pH of the dissolution medium.
