棉织物碱性抗皱交联剂的合成与应用 被引量:5

摘要 以丙烯酰氯和对位酯为原料,合成了一种新型碱性交联剂对-β-硫酸酯乙基砜丙烯酰苯胺(AC-PBE)。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)、核磁氢谱(1HNMR)及全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)对AC-PBE进行表征,并将其应用于棉织物的抗皱整理。测定了AC-PBE整理棉织物的折皱回复角(WRA)、撕破强力(TS)以及白度(WI),研究了汽蒸条件对棉织物抗皱性能的影响。结果表明,与焙烘整理工艺相比,汽蒸整理的棉织物效果更佳,最佳的汽蒸温度为110℃,湿度75%。添加与AC-PBE物质的量之比为1∶1的丙三醇能够使棉织物的折皱回复角提高5°,且对撕破强力和白度没有影响。添加20 g/L柔软剂Powersoft AE38,整理棉织物的折皱回复角达到257°,撕破强力有明显改善。 A new type of alkaline anti-wrinkle agent 4'-[(2-hydroxyethyl) sulfonyl] acryl anilide sulfate (ester) (AC-PBE) is synthesized by the reaction of acryloyl chloride with 4-(ethylsulfuratesulfonyl) aniline. The structure of the target product is characterized by HPLC, 'HNMR and ATR-FTIR. The wrinkle recovery angle (WRA), tearing strength (TS) and whiteness (WI) of cotton fabrics finished with AC-PBE are tested. The effect of steaming condition on anti-wrinkle performance of the fabric is studied. The results show that the cotton fabric with steaming process features better anti-wrinkle performance compared with that of baking process. The optimal steaming temperature is 110℃ with 75% of humidity. Adding 1 : 1 of molar ratio of AC-PBE to glycerol can increase WRA of the cotton fabric by 5°, and has little influence on the tearing strength and whiteness. WRA of the cotton fabric can reach 257°and the tearing strength improves significantly by adding 20 g/L softener Powersoft AE38.
