摘要
基于对织物涂层结构、涂层物理性质及涂层对光的选择性吸收的分析,设计了一种红外式织物涂层厚度在线检测系统,并利用LabVIEW的图像化编程语言与环境,开发了可实现数据采集、处理、存储和传感器扫描测量的软件。经测试,该检测系统的测量精度、稳定性和抗干扰能力能满足功能性涂层设备在生产过程中在线检测的要求。
Based on the analysis of fabric coating structure, coating physical properties and selective absorption to light, an thickness infrared online detection system of coating fabric is designed. The software of data acquisition, processing, storage and sensor scanning is developed by using the LabVIEW programming language and environment. The measurement accuracy, stability and anti-interference ability of the detection system can meet the requirements of functional coating equipment in the process of online detection.
