摘要
针对Oeko-Tex Standard 100及主要纺织品买家限用的70种纺织品农药残留,通过对仪器测试条件和前处理方法的验证,采用索氏萃取的前处理方式,250μg/L目标浓度的加标回收率在70%~120%。采用GC-MS、GC-ECD和LC-MS的仪器组合,可以满足纺织品中70种农药的测试要求。该方法单个物质的检出限都在0.05 mg/kg以下。
Testing method of 70 pesticides in textiles which are restricted by Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and some buyers is developed. The recovery rate of 250 ug/L target concentration is 70%-120% by means of the testing conditions and pretreatment methods. The combination of GC-MS, GC-ECD and LC-MS instruments can meet the testing requirements of 70 kinds of pesticides in textiles. The detection limit of this method is 0.05 mg/kg.
