摘要
自然通风横流式冷却塔是一种适用于大容量火电机组的冷却塔形式。按火力发电厂1 000 MW机组循环水系统的冷却负荷,针对自然通风横流式冷却塔,结合配水计算、热力计算和优化计算对填料高度、填料深度和半径进行研究和分析,给出了1 000 MW机组自然通风横流式冷却塔配水系统布置型式、淋水填料高度、深度变化与出塔水温相关关系,以及淋水填料高度、深度、半径推荐范围,以达到节省填料,降低水泵扬程的目的。
Natural draught cross-flow cooling tower applies to large capacity fossil fuel power unit. This paper refer to cooling demand of 1 000 MW fossil fuel power unit, combine water distri- bution calculation, thermal calculation and optimization calculation, put forward water distribution system arrangement, the correlation between variations of packing arrangement and water tempera-ture of tower outlet, recommended range of packing height, depth and radius of natural draught cross-flow cooling tower. The result economizes the packing and reduces the circulating water pumps hydraulic pressure.
