摘要
利用 HPL C测定克霉唑癣药水中克霉唑的含量。采用 Symm etry C1 8色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 -三乙胺 (6 4∶36∶ 0 .5 ,用磷酸调至 p H 3.2 ) ,流速为 1.0 ml/ min,检测波长为 2 6 0 nm。克霉唑在 15 0~ 90 0μg/ m l浓度范围内其峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系 ,r=0 .9999。方法平均回收率为 99.9% ,RSD 1.2 %。
A HPLC method for the determination of clotrimazole solution was established. A symmetry C 18 column was used, with the mobile phase of methanol water triethylamine (64∶36∶0.5, adjusted to pH 3.2 with phosphoric acid), at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was 260 nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 150~900 μg/ml( r =0.9999), the average recovery was 99.93% with RSD of 1.2%.
