摘要
针对电力市场需求不旺、水电企业经营困难的情况,从企业内部深挖潜能、外部拓展营销两方面提出了精心调度,勤于调节,提高水能利用率;优化设备运行方式,降低发电水耗及厂用电率;优化电站运行维护模式,强化安全管理,降低电站运营成本;深入研究政策文件,理清工作思路;强化公司营销队伍的建设;加强与相关部门的沟通协调;建立水电企业联合沟通协调机制;以缓解经营管理压力,让发电企业能可持续地为国家和地方经济社会发展提供安全可靠的能源保障。
In view of the demand lack of electricity market and the operation difficulties of hydropower enterprises, some suggestions from two aspects of internal potential exploiting and external marketing expanding are presented for easing management pressure of hydroelectric power enterprise and achieving sustainable, safe and reliable energy security to national and local economic and social development. The suggestions include meticulously dispatching and adjusting to improve the utilization rate of water power potential, optimizing operation mode of equipments to reduce water use of unit power generation and service power utilization, optimizing operation and maintenance mode of power plant and strengthening safety management to reduce the operation cost of power plant, in-depth studying policy documents to clarify work plan, strengthening marketing team building, strengthening communication and coordination with relevant departments, and establishing communication and coordination mechanism with upstream and downstream hydropower plants.
