摘要
观音岩水电站首次在国内成功应用国产自升式高速混凝土供料线输送混凝土入仓,解决了混凝土运输过程中的质量问题,保证了大坝高强度混凝土浇筑。介绍了自升式高速混凝土供料线的现场布置、结构组成和工作特点,系统分析了使用过程中出现的问题,并提出了相应解决方案。
The self-lifting type high-speed concrete supply line has been successfully used in Guanyinyan Hydropower Station in China for the first time to transport concrete into placing surface. The application of this concrete supply line solves the quality problem in concrete transportation process and ensures the high intensity concrete placement. The on-site layout, structure and operation characteristics of the self-lifting type high-speed concrete supply line are introduced, the problems in system operation are analyzed and corresponding solutions are also put forward.
