响应曲面法优化超声波提取玉竹总皂苷的工艺研究 被引量:9

摘要 本研究在单因素实验的基础上,以菝葜皂苷元为对照品,通过响应曲面法对影响玉竹总皂苷得率的不同因素进行优化,以期研究超声波提取玉竹总皂苷的工艺条件。超声波提取的最佳工艺条件为:超声功率354 W,超声时间31 min,料液比1∶27(g∶mL)。实验结果所得玉竹总皂苷得率为4.72%,与预测值高度拟合。该法为进一步开发利用玉竹资源以及新药研发提供科学稳定的依据。 Based on the single-factor experiments, taking sarsasapogenin as the standard, response surface methodology was employed to optimize the different parameters, which affected the extraction rate of total saponins, and the technology conditions for extraction of total saponins from Polygonatum odoratum were determined. The optimum ultrasonic - assisted extraction conditions were as foUows :uhrasonic power of 354 W, ultrasonic time of 31 rain and solid-liquid ratio of 1:27 (g: mL).Under these optimized conditions,the extraction rate of total saponins reached 4.72% ,which was in good agreement with the predicted value.The method proposed in this study provided a scientific and stable base for further development and utilization of Polygonatum odoratum source as well as new drugs.
