摘要
弹性成像依据病变组织硬度差异鉴别其良恶性,填补了常规超声的缺陷。声辐射力脉冲弹性成像(ARFI)能够无创、定性、定量获取组织弹性信息,具有一定的临床应用价值。本文对ARFI鉴别诊断乳腺良恶性病变的研究进展进行综述。
Elastography can be used to evaluate hardness of the tissue in differentiation of benign and malignant lesions, which completes the shortcoming of conventional ultrasound. Acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) is a noninvasive elasticity technique, which can provide qualitative and quantitative elasticity information of tissues. It has been proved a certain clinical application value. The clinical research progresses of ARFI in identification breast lesions were reviewed in this article
