多种介入疗法联合治疗胃底食管静脉曲张并发原发性肝癌1例 被引量：2

Combined interventional therapies for hepatocellular carcinoma associated with gastroesophageal varices:Case report

摘要 患者女，57岁，因呕血伴黑便1周人院。入院后诊断：乙型病毒性肝炎失代偿期，门静脉高压症，食管胃底静脉曲张出血。入院后给予患者抑酸、止血及输血等支持治疗后，消化道出血得到控制，一般情况好转。患者于住院期间同时完善相关检查，其中实验室检查提示AFP43．97ng／ml。腹部CT增强提示肝第5段结节，考虑原发性肝癌。消化道出血稳定后对肝癌病灶和胃底静脉曲张进行介入治疗。
