摘要
在"互联网+"的大背景下,语文教师的培训由一方或双方主导的形式向"多方联动"的培训方式转变。"多方联动"指向的是语文教师们所在学校、布置培训任务的国家级或是省级单位,承担培训任务的高等院校、市县一级的培训单位、网络平台及远程教育机构、优质中小学等。"多方联动"的单位群体在一定的时间节点中构建成一个协作的培训团队。这个团队旨在推动区域共同体的语文教育教学活动开展。在互联网+"多方联动"的培训方式下,语文教师们借助网络平台接受更多的信息源,把培训所得快速转换为教学工作所需,并能带动区域共同体语文教师的培训工作。
In the context of"lnternet+",Chinese language and literature teacher training dominated by one side or both sides to "Many linkage",in the form of training mode transformation."Many Linkage" pointing to the language teacher's school,arrangement of training task of national or provincial units,to undertake the task of training colleges and universities,cities and counties level training units,network platform and remote education counselling organization, quality of primary and secondary schools,etc."many linkage" group of units in a certain time node to build into a collaborative training team.The team aims to promote regional community education of Chinese language teaching activities.In the Intemet+"many linkage" training mode,Chinese language and literature teachers with the help of a network platform to accePt more sources of information,the training of the fast conversion for teaching need,and can drive the regional community language teacher training work.
