摘要
《食品安全微生物检验综合大实验》课程是一门综合实践性很强的实验课程,课程以提高学生学习效果、增强学生微生物检测的实践技能、培养学生独立思考与解决问题的能力为目标,本文从课程教学内容的设计、教学过程的实施以及教学效果的评价等方面进行了教学体系的探索与分析。
The Comprehensive Experiment of Food Safety Microbiological Detection is a comprehensive practical course of experiment.The curriculum goal is to improve students＇learning effect and enhance microbiological examination skills,to cultivate the students＇independent thinking and problem-solving ability.In tiffs article teaching system of the course is explored and analyzed from the design of teaching contents,the teaching process implementation and teaching effect evaluation.
