摘要 《酶工程》是生物技术发展和应用中非常重要的一门课程。为提高《酶工程》课程教学质量和水平,培养创新能力与应用能力兼备的专业技术人才。本文从教学改革目标设定、教学改革方式制定、教学改革内容设计三个方面阐述了《酶工程》教学改革运行的实践经验和探索方向。认为"双赢"的教改目标,以学生为主导、教师发挥引导和推进作用的教改方式,涵盖授课内容、方法与考核的多元化教改内容,有助于提高《酶工程》教学质量和水平,培养学生的专业创新能力与应用能力。 The Enzyme Engineering is a very important course in biological technology development and application. In order to improve the teaching quality,to cultivate the professional personnel with innovation and application ability,the practical experience and exploration were elucidated including in the goal,mode and content of the Enzyme Engineering teaching reform. "Win-win" was the teaching reform goal. Teaching reform methods were dominated by students and teachers. The diversification covering teaching content,method and assessment also contributed to improve the Enzyme engineering teaching quality and to cultivate students' innovation and application ability.
