基于PDCA循环的土木工程专业毕业设计质量控制

The Quality Control of Civil Engineering Graduation Design Based On PDCA Cycle Control

针对土木工程专业学生在毕业设计中存在的主要问题,本文提出了基于PDCA循环控制提高毕业设计质量的思路。将毕业设计分为4个阶段,即方案设计阶段、建筑设计阶段、结构设计阶段和成果提交阶段。在每个阶段给与学生既定目标后,按照计划(Plan)、执行(Do)、检查(Check)、处理(Action)四个步骤加强毕业设计的过程控制,从而达到提高毕业设计质量的目的。

According to the main problems existing in the graduation design of civil engineering major, this paper puts forward the idea of improving the quality of graduation design based on the PDCA cycle control. The graduation design is divided into four stages,including the preparation stage,the selected topic stage,the design stage and the achievement submission stage. In order to improve graduation design quality;the loop control is used to different stage in graduation design,according to Plan,Do,Check and Action when the design goal is chosen.
