摘要
专业英语作为一种国际交流工具,其重要性日益凸显。水产养殖专业英语是为水产养殖专业学生开设的一门专业任选课,是基础英语和专业知识的结合与实践,其目的是让学生掌握一种获取更多资料和信息的语言工具。本文通过对水产养殖专业英语教学过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出了在该门课程教学中引入PBL教学法,并探索了其在提高学生的自主学习、分析问题、解决问题的能力以及提高市场竞争力和教学质量等方面的可行性。
The professional English is a tool of international communication,and becomes more and more important.English for aquaculture,a specialized selective course,is combined with Basic English and professional practice.The purpose of the course is to help students mastering a language tool to obtain more data and information.The present paper analyzed the problems that exist in the teaching process of English for aquaculture,suggested the application of Problem-based Learning (PBL)model in this course teaching,as well as discussed the feasibility of PBL in improving students'abilities of autonomous learning,analyzing problems,solving the problem and improving the market competitiveness and the quality of teaching process.
