此论文主要根据社会对网络与新媒体人才需求的现状和未来发展需要,通过分析新兴特色专业网络与新媒体的内涵及现状,同时结合学校学研产一体化的办学特色,构建出一套较为完善的适应社会需求及本校发展的人才培养课程体系和培养模式,此研究对于网络与新媒体专业的人才培养和教学思路做出一定探索与思考。

This paper mainly according to the social demand for Internet and new media personnel status quo and furore development needs,through the analysis of the connotation and status of the emerging characteristics of professional network and new media,at the same time with school science research and production integration of school running characteristics,build a better adapt to social needs and the school development of talent training course system and training pattern,the research for network and new media professional personnel training and teaching ideas make some exploration and thinking.
