探析新常态视域下“十三五”时期蒙晋冀(乌大张)长城金三角区域合作模式构建

The Cooperation Model in the Golden Triangle Area in the Great Wall-(Wulanchabu-Datong-Zhangjiakou) Neighboring Inner Mongolia-Shanxi-Hebei Area from the Perspective of the New Normal in the 13th Five-Year Period

我国经济发展已进入新常态、步入新阶段,尤其是《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十三个五年规划纲要》发布以来,对区域发展提出了更高的要求,为蒙晋冀(乌大张)长城金三角区域合作提供良好机遇,也带来深层挑战。要适应国内外形势发展变化,进一步创新思维模式,积极推进重点领域工作,深化重大问题研究,实现区域合作全面跃升和整体深化。

China＇s economic development has entered a new normal. Since The 13th Five-year Plan on National Eco- nomic and Social Development of People ＂s Republic of China is launched, the new normal has put forward higher requirements for regional development. This new normal brings both opportunities and challenges to the local cooperation among Inner Mon- golia, Shanxi and Hebei province （Wulanchabu-Datong-Zhangjiakou）. To adapt to the changing development situation both at home and abroad, China should further innovate her mode of thinking to develop her economy, actively promote work in key areas, deepen the research on major issues and make her local cooperation develop by leaps and bounds.
