摘要
建设廉洁政府,推进廉洁政治,很大程度上依靠对廉政文化的内在认同,廉政文化在规范和约束管理层的角色扮演方面发挥着重要的作用。现实中,组织中的管理层在角色扮演中常常产生角色失调现象,比如角色冲突、角色不清、角色偏差,甚至会导致角色失败。解决角色失调,从重塑廉政文化和增加管理层的廉政文化认同着手,形成制度上的他律和内在认同的自律,以引导管理层的角色实践,有利于当前的反腐倡廉建设。
Building a clean government and developing clean politics rely largely on the inner identity of clean and hon- est government culture; therefore, the clean and honest culture plays an important role in normalizing and constraining the role-playing of the managements. In reality, the organization's management often have role imbalances, such as their role con- flicts, their role uncertainty, and their role biases, all these factors leading to their role failure. To solve their role disorders, we must begin with the starting measure to reshape cultural integrity, intensify their cultural identity of integrity, form the het- eronomy of their system and the self-discipline of inner identity, and finally guide the role practices by the management in fa- vor of the current anti-corruption.
