动伸推拿治疗落枕临床疗效观察与分析

Clinical efficacy investigation of Dongshen massage treatment on neck stiffness

目的观察动伸推拿法治疗落枕病的临床疗效。方法将60例落枕患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组采用全国高等中医药院校规划第十版教材《推拿治疗学》中落枕的治疗方法(一般推拿疗法);治疗组采用罗氏动伸推拿疗法(动伸推拿疗法)。两组均每天治疗1次,每次30 min,治疗5个疗程后,比较两组治疗前后颈部活动度治愈率、显效率,并采用颈部视觉模拟评分法(the visual analog scales,VAS)进行疼痛评分。结果2种疗法均能改善落枕症状,治疗组患者治疗后治愈率和显效率分别为86.7%、93.3%,对照组治疗后治愈率和显效率分别为76.7%、96.7%。治疗组患者临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组和治疗组患者治疗后平均VAS评分分别为(0.90±0.50)分和(1.06±0.80)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动伸推拿疗法较一般推拿手法治疗落枕疾病的临床效果更佳。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Dongshen massage method in the treatment of neck stiffness disease.Methods 60 patients with neck stiffness were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group was adopted general massage therapy （GMT）from the tenth edition The Massage Therapy,the national TCM colleges planning teaching material in the treatment of neck stiffness,while treatment group was adopted roche Dongshen massage therapy （DMT）,with 30 min once a day for each group,after five courses of treatment,neck mobility cure rate and efficiency,and pain scores （the visual analog scales,VAS）before and after the treatments of the two groups were analyzed. Results Both groups can improve the condition of neck stiffness,curative rate and efficiency were 86.7%and 93.3% respectively in the treatment group,while 76.7% and 96.7% respectively in the control group, which the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Clinical efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group.The average VAS pain score of the control group and the treatment group was （0.9±0.5）and （1.6±0.8）respectively with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Dongshen massage therapy manifested better clinical efficacy than the general massage therapy for neck stiffness.
