维吾尔族代谢综合征危险因素与IGF-1和IGFBP-1的关系研究

Research on the relationship between Uyghur population's metabolic syndrome and IGF-1,IGFBP-1

目的探讨新疆维吾尔族居民代谢综合征相关危险因素与胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)的关系。方法 2015年2-10月,在新疆医科大学第一附属医院相关科室抽取191名符合MS诊断标准的患者作为病例组,按年龄、性别1∶1选取体检中心匹配的183名健康人作为对照组,进行环境危险因素的问卷调查,检测生化指标及空腹血清胰岛素水平。结果病例组与对照组甘油三酯、总胆固醇、HDL、LDL、血清胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)及空腹血清胰岛素水平的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。危险因素的Logisitc回归分析结果,甘油三酯(OR=6.959)、IGF-1(OR=0.074)、IGFBP-1(OR=1.003)为MS的危险因素。结论 IGF-1和IGFBP-1是维吾尔族人群代谢综合征的血清易感因素,为进一步阐明该种疾病的流行特点及疾病预防、控制提供科学依据。

Objective To investigate the relationship between risk factor of metabolic syndrome （MS）and IGF-1,IGFBP-1 among Uyghur population.Methods 191 MS patients as case group and 183 healthy peo-ple as control group were selected from the First Affilicated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical Universtiy.Envi-ronmental questionnaires and sample analysis method combination were conducted in both groups.Results TC,triglycerides,HDL,LDL,IGF-1 ,IGFBP-1 and fasting plasma glucose were statistically significant different in both groups （all P 〈0.05）.According to Logistic Regression analysis,triglycerides （OR =6.959）,IGF-1 （OR=0.074）and IGFBP-1 （OR=1.003）are risk factors of MS.Conclusion IGF-1 and IG-FBP-1 are important factors for MS,and it provides evidence for prevention and control of MS.
